ICP9605 Conventional protein A/G agarose cannot be used for purification of the chicken antibody. This anti-chicken IgG agarose is the specific affinity matrix that can selectively purify chicken IgG from both serum and egg yolk.
Anti-chicken IgG was covalently immobilized onto the agarose beads via a highly stable thiol-ether bond. This product has been successfully used for specific affinity purification of chicken IgG.
